“Chic” is a 4 year old 14-2 1100# stallion that we purchased at the Frank Perkins Farm Sale Tyler, TX in May 2006. He was our choice of the yearling colts selling. We broke him to ride as a two year old and have been using him on the ranch for the past two years. He was bred to one mare last year and we have a first rate filly from this mating. We will continue to use him on the ranch and breed him to several mares this season. His pedigree is impeccable as his sire (deceased) was an excellent son of Freckles Playboy and his dam a daughter of Mr. Son O Lena. We have worked him in the cutting pen and think he could be finished as a cutter in a relative short time.
