Shesa” is by Flynn’s Gaysonofadoc and out of Miss Missouri Doc by Doc’s Little Bit. Her sire has Sire LTE $145,975 and her dam has PE of over $416,000. These are older bloodlines that you don’t see in the cutting industry much these days. We purchased Shesa from former AQHA President Ross Jenkins. She had been trained as a cutter but was injured a hock as a 2 year old when she stepped in a hole in the pasture. They tried to take her back to the cutting pen several times, believing she really had the “makin’s” but she just couldn’t overcome the injury. We believe her bloodlines are an excellent cross with Pepto Taz and her sorrel filly is really something. Naturally, the girls are calling her “Bonnie” (to go with “Clyde” for those of you who may have attended texas university). She’s lightning quick for a two month old and has a great disposition. We’ll likely keep Bonnie through to a yearling at least (although we’ll consider offers).
She foaled a colt by Athena Puddy Cat on 3/15/10; will be bred back to Athena Puddy Cat for 2011.
